Your car has a service history. Your health has a chart. Your home, usually the biggest thing you’ll ever own, has a drawer full of receipts and a lot of guessing.
The HomeTrue Record changes that. On a one-time setup visit we measure and photograph every room, note your home’s systems and appliances, and start a living history that’s updated after every visit and every job.

Who’s behind it
The company is new. The experience isn’t.
Happy Homes was founded by Seitu Bryson, who has spent more than 15 years running construction across Maryland, DC and Virginia: supervising luxury townhome communities, delivering homes from $450K to $1.3M for several home builders, and managing custom renovations and commercial builds.
He started Happy Homes because homeowners deserve that same level of oversight on their own homes: clear answers, honest pricing and someone who shows up when they said they would.
